How I can help

After working with hundreds of clients who lead busy, demanding lives, helping them reduce stress and take control of their health, I've come to learn the most important ingredients and steps for overcoming health challenges and creating a happy, fulfilling life.

Every person comes with their own unique challenges and goals, so rather than having a set format for how we work together, I'll first learn about you and your specific concerns and needs, and then we'll create a customised plan to deliver your health goals to you in the easiest, fastest, most enjoyable way.

When you attend a private consultation, you will feel understood and genuinely cared about. Having overcome my own chronic fatigue syndrome, and studied a range of nutrition, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and other health courses, I will help you in a non-judgemental, customised way. So you get the results you're looking for, and feel supported the whole time.

Options for working together

  • Private Consultations - face to face, skype or phone call
    • We'll start with one 1-hour session, where I'll learn about your health history, needs and goals, recommending strategies to begin the healing process and giving you a roadmap for how to best achieve your goals in the easiest, fastest way.
    • I'll either recommend we continue more sessions, or if I know of an expert in a specific area that you'll benefit from, I'll refer you to an expert. This way you get the best support depending on your unique needs.
    • Contact me to set up your first consultation, or to ask any questions before getting started.
  • Private Yoga and Meditation classes
    • I come to your home (limited locations) to make it as convenient as possible for you.
    • The sessions will be tailored to meet your needs, such as focusing on balancing mind and body, reducing stress and anxiety, increasing energy, strengthening your body, bringing greater flexibility and fitness, or whatever your goals may be.
    • Classes can be 1-on-1, or organised small groups up to 8 people with your family or friends.
